By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to these Official Rules, which are a contract, so read them carefully before participating. Without limitation, this contract provides for a class action and jury trial waiver, a requirement that most disputes be settled by mandatory binding arbitration, and a limitation of your rights and remedies.

1. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Gol con Mazola: Kick off Your Gatherings in Style (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) on March 16, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM CT on May 11, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion Period consists of eight (8) separate Sweepstakes entry periods (each an “Entry Period”) as outlined below in Rule #4. No Entries (as defined below) are carried over to subsequent Entry Period(s).

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents, residing in the 48 contiguous U.S./D.C. (the “Territory”), who are 18 years of age or older and possess a web-enabled mobile device with an unlimited text plan as of March 15, 2026. Employees of ACH Food Companies, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, suppliers, distributors and advertising, marketing, promotional and judging agencies (collectively, “Released Parties”), and each of their respective employees, directors, officers, members, assigns and agents and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate or win. Void outside the Territory and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

3. HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants can visit www.golconmazola.com (“Website”) and follow the instructions to complete the entry form to receive one (1) entry (“Entry”) in the applicable Entry Period’s drawing. Limit one (1) Entry per person/email address per Entry Period. Non-winning Entries will not be not carried over to subsequent Entry Period(s). Non-winning entrants can re-enter subsequent Entry Period(s) as desired.

No other form of entry into the Sweepstakes will be permitted.

Entries must be received by the deadline indicated in the Entry Period chart in Rule #4 below, to be included in that Entry Period’s drawing. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address to submit an Entry. Normal internet/phone access and data/usage charges imposed by your phone/internet service provider may apply. Proof of submitting an Entry (such as, without limitation, a printed, saved or copied automated receipt confirming submission or a “thanks for entering” screen or message) does not constitute proof of actual receiving of an Entry for purposes of this Sweepstakes.

4. RANDOM DRAWINGS: Eight (8) separate random drawings will be conducted on or about the Random Drawing Dates indicated below to select seven (7) winners from among all eligible Entries received during each Entry Period. Drawings will be conducted by a representative of Sponsor, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the drawings. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible Entries received for each Entry Period. Non-winning Entries will not be carried into subsequent Entry Period(s). Limit one (1) Prize (as defined below) per person/household for the entire Sweepstakes.

WINNER NOTIFICATION/PRIZE AWARD: Potential Prize winners will be notified by email/phone using the information submitted in the Entry and will need to verify eligibility in order to be sent their Prize after notification/verification. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants acknowledge and agree to receive such text messages for the sole purpose of winner notification. Standard carrier messaging rates may apply. Text messaging is available on participating wireless service providers only, whose instructions may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless service provider may charge you for each text message you send and receive, including any error messages. Check with your wireless service provider on these and any other applicable charges. If you wish to opt out of receiving reply text messages, text STOP to INSERT. Text HELP to INSERT for support. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Noncompliance with any specified timeframe or return of any Prize/prize notification as undeliverable, or declining a Prize for any reason, will result in disqualification without further notice and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing from the remaining eligible Entries received for the applicable Entry Period.

6. PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): Seven (7) winners per Entry Period; Total of 56 winners: Each winner will receive one (1) Sponsor-specified branded cooler and Mazola-branded items (each, a “Prize”). The ARV of each Prize is $500. All prize details not specifically stated in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Total ARV of all Prizes in each Entry Period: $3,500 USD.

7. GENERAL RULES: No transfer, assignment, substitution or cash equivalent for any Prize will be permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor due to Prize unavailability for any reason. In such circumstance, an alternate prize of equal value will be awarded and Sponsor’s obligation to the winner(s) will be fulfilled, and no other additional compensation will be provided. The Released Parties assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of any Prize. In no event will more than the stated Prizes be awarded. If an entrant submits more than the stated number of Entries permitted, and/or if the Sponsor suspects that an entrant attempted to obtain additional Entries by using multiple email addresses, registrations, identities or any other method, all Entries submitted by the entrant may be declared null and void. Acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners’ names and/or likenesses and Entries for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winners list, unless prohibited by law. All Entry material submitted will not be returned. The Released Parties are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the Sweepstakes material, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the Prizes. NOTICE: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. The Released Parties are not responsible for faulty, incorrect, undeliverable or mistranscribed phone/email transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person’s computer, phone/device related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the Sweepstakes, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit a user’s ability to participate in the Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute as to any Entry, the authorized account holder of the email address indicated on the Entry will be deemed to be the entrant. “Authorized email account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holders associated with the Entries. The Released Parties assume no responsibility for undeliverable emails resulting from any form of active or passive email filtering by a user’s Internet service provider and/or email client or for insufficient space in entrant’s email account to receive email. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, misconduct or technical failures threaten the integrity of the Sweepstakes; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration or security of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor, in their sole discretion. In the event of termination, a notice will be posted online and the drawings will be conducted from among all eligible Entries received for each applicable Entry Period prior to termination. Any damage made to the Website by an entrant will be the responsibility of the entrant and/or the authorized email account holder of the email address submitted at the time of Entry. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules. Winners are responsible for applicable federal, state and local taxes (if any).

8. WAIVER; RELEASE; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. Entrants/winners agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Released Parties, from and against any and all liability (including damages caused or claimed to be caused) arising out of participation and/or acceptance/use of a Prize (including any claims based on publicity rights), and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final. As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree that: 1) under no circumstance will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for out-of-pocket expenses; 2) all causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or Prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and 3) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event will entrant be entitled to receive attorneys’ fees or other legal costs.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each entrant understands and agrees that all rights under section 1542 of the Civil Code of California and any similar law of any state or jurisdiction of the United States are expressly waived by them. Section 1542 reads as follows:

“A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party.”

9. MANDATORY ARBITRATION. Entrants agree to submit any and all disputes, claims or controversies arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes or any services or products purchased or received, to the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”), or its successor, for confidential mediation, except that entrants may assert claims or seek relief in small claims court if claims qualify. If the matter is not resolved through mediation, then to AAA, or its successor, for final and binding arbitration. All arbitrations must proceed on an individual basis, and entrants hereby waive the right to assert or participate in a class action arbitration, and to assert or participate in any joint or consolidated arbitration of any kind. Claims shall be heard by a single arbitrator. The place of arbitration shall be Chicago, Illinois. The arbitration shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. The arbitrators may determine how the costs and expenses of the arbitration shall be allocated between the parties. Judgment upon the award rendered by the Arbitrator(s) may be entered by any court having jurisdiction thereof. Entrants agree to maintain as strictly confidential all negotiations and proceedings pursuant to this section, except as is required by court order or as is necessary to confirm, vacate or enforce a judgement or award.

10. CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION: Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants or winners and Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Illinois, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Illinois or any other jurisdiction), which might otherwise cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Illinois. Any action seeking legal or equitable relief arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules shall be brought only in the courts of the State of Illinois. You hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of said courts and waive any claim of forum non-convenience or lack of personal jurisdiction they may have.

11. ADDITIONAL RULES: Without limiting any other provision in these Official Rules, the Released Parties are not responsible or liable to any entrant or winner or any person claiming through such entrant or winner for failure to supply a Prize or any part of a Prize in the event that any of the Sweepstakes activities or Released Parties’ operations or activities are affected by any cause or event beyond the sole and reasonable control of the applicable Released Party (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), including, without limitation, by reason of any acts of God, any action, regulation, order or request by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action, regulations, order or request proves to be invalid), equipment failure, threatened or actual terrorist acts, air raid, blackout, act of public enemy, earthquake, war (declared or undeclared), fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any law, rule, regulation, action, order or request adopted, taken or made by any federal, state or local governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not such governmental act proves to be invalid), or any other cause, whether or not specifically mentioned above. Sponsor’s failure to or decision not to enforce any provision in these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. In the event there is an alleged or actual ambiguity, discrepancy, or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials or these Official Rules (including any alleged discrepancy or inconsistency within these Official Rules), it will be resolved by Sponsor in its sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into. Entrants waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes structure, any Sweepstakes materials, or these Official Rules.

12. PRIVACY POLICY: Any personally identifiable information collected during an entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes will be collected by Sponsor or its agent and used by Sponsor, its affiliates, agents and marketers for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Prizes as described in these Official Rules and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy as stated at www.mazola.com/privacy-policy

13.
